Bears and salmon are so iconic of the west that it is almost a requirement for wildlife sculptors to make a work about them. With this bell I made the bears more stylized. I love the way the negative spaces work with the symmetry of the two bears. This piece has such strong design that it has been my most successful piece. Because of that, it is the piece I use as my trademark on all of my advertisements and publications.
